摘要: 细菌可通过其毒力物质如内毒素、外毒素、侵袭素等诱导小鼠巨噬细胞凋亡,是细菌逃避宿主第一道免疫防御的途径;凋亡的巨噬细胞发生形态、生化和细胞膜生物物理性状的改变,并可通过分泌炎症细胞因子诱发炎症反应,是导致感染严格局限性的重要因素。研究细菌与巨噬细胞凋亡的关系对感染性疾病的治疗和预防具有重要意义。本文就细菌感染诱导小鼠巨噬细胞凋亡的机制及检测方法作一综述。

Abstract: Bacteria can induce apoptosis of the mouse macrophage through its virulent substances such as endotoxin , exotoxin, invasin etc. This is a strategy used by bacterial pathogens to overcome host defense. The changes of morphology and biochemistry or biophysical characters of its membrane may be occurred in apoptosic macrophage. The apoptosic macrophage elicit an inflammaton by secretion of proinflammatory cytokines , which is an important factor causing infection limited. The study on the interaction between bacterial and macrophage apoptosis would be important in the development of the therapy and prevention of infectious diseases. We reviewed the advance in the mechanism and checking methods of mouse macrophage apoptosis induced by bacterial infection.
