摘要: 肝硬化动物模型是研究人类肝硬化门静脉高压和肝癌的基础,其制作方法大体分为单因素造模和多因素造模两类。前者可制作特定病因的模型,后者可提高成功率,缩短造模时间及降低死亡率。目前问题是:缺乏与人类病因完全一致的肝炎性肝硬化模型,大型动物成功的报道少,致肝硬化所选用的药物鲜有对实验者无损害者,在提高造模成功率、降低死亡率方面尚有待改进。

Abstract: Cirrhosis model (CM) of animal was the base for cirrhosis, portal hypertension and hepatocarcinoma research in human. Monofactor method was generally used to make CM of specific etiological factor. Multiple factors method was used to increase success rate, reduce time consuming and death rate. The problem at present were no CM of hepatitis , fewer reports on large animals , harmful inducers to researchers,low successful rate and high death rate.
