摘要： 简要阐述了基因打靶的概念和基本环节，系统介绍了筛选方法和基因打靶的策略。基因打靶在基因功能研究、家畜遗传改良、人类疾病动物模型的建立和基因治疗等方面有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Briefly illustrating concepts and the primary technical procedure of gene targeting,and systematically introducing selective methods and gene targeting strategies. Gene targeting has been widely used in the fields of gene function research,the inheritance and improvement of livestock, construction of the diseasel animal models and gene the rapy.
