摘要： 为探讨建立大动物长骨骨缺损的标准模型，根据羊股骨解剖资料的统计数据，研制出适用于大动物长骨骨缺损的交锁髓内钉内固定器械，应用于羊股骨骨缺损内固定。通过X片，大体标本和组织学观察，表明建立的标准模型值得在大动物的长骨骨缺损实验研究中推广运用。
Abstract: In order to establish a new long bone deficit model of large animal,an instrument,inter-locking medullary nail，is developed and manufactured according to anatomy datas of the goat, and then applied to fix the goat’s femoral deficit.Radiographic, macroscopic and histologic observations showed that the long bone deficit model of goat is worth wide applying to large animals.
