Comparison among PCR, HA and ELISA for Detecting the Proliferation of CPV Growing in Some Kinds of Cell

摘要: 将可疑犬细小病毒(CPV)粪样分别接种于FK81、MDCK、BHK21、Vero细胞及鸡胚成纤维细胞中,用PCR、HA、ELISA三种方法检测在上面5种细胞中CPV的生长动态,结果表明:PCR方法能在第1、2、3代FK81细胞中检出CPV的生长,而HA、ELISA则只在第3代FK81细胞中才能检出CPV的生长;PCR方法能在MDCK、BHK21、Vero细胞及鸡胚成纤维细胞中检出CPV的生长,而HA、ELISA则均不能。因此,PCR方法可作为培养细胞中检测病毒生长动态的一种灵敏、快速的方法。

Abstract: CPV was inoculated in FK81,MDCK, BHK21,Vero cell and embryonated egg cell. The proliferation of CPV was detected with PCR,HA and ELISA.The result showed that the PCR is more sensitivity than HA and ELISA for detecting the proliferation of CPV. It was suggested that PCR should be a Choice for detecting the proliferation of CPV growing in some kind of cells.
