摘要： 人癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型是抗癌新药评价的必要工具，本文综述了人癌移植瘤模型的建立标准和NCI、EORTC运用这些模型进行抗癌新物质体内评价的原则、方法和注意点。

Abstract: Recent years，in spite of all its limitations and high expenses，the nude mouse-human tumor model has become more frequently applied to the evaluation of new compounds and pre-clinical research. We reviewed briefly the pre-clinical criteria of NCI and EORTC investigation in this paper，and hope to consult for researchers in our country.
