摘要： 为了解转基因小鼠在繁育过程中其遗传特性的稳定情况，用特异性引物以PCR方法分别对IL-4T、IL-10T、IFNgR%三个品系转基因小鼠进行了遗传监测。结果表明，三个品系的转基因小鼠中的部分小鼠其整合基因发生了不同程度的改变与丢失。
Abstract: Three strains of transgenic mouse（IL,-4T、IL-10T、IFNgR%） were monitored by PCR technique with specific primers in order to assure the genetic quality of the three strains transgenic mouse after a long period propagation. The results showed that the recombincd genes of part of the transgenic mouse were changed or lost.
