摘要： 制作充血性心力衰竭的动物有鼠、兔、猫、犬、羊等。制作方法包括容量超负荷、压力超负荷及减弱心肌收缩力，心衰模型的评价主要通过心导管及超声心动图进行。
Abstract: Rat，rabbit，and dog are commonly used for establishment of congestive heart failure（CHF） model by the methods of volume overload，pressure overload and my-ocardium contractility attenuation. The established models are evaluated by cardiac func-tion examinations which include cardiac catheterization and ultrasonic cardiogram.
