Abstract: To observe the law of bronchiectasis and study the clinical pharmacology, sig-nificance of the result of antibiotic and Chinese traditional medicine.A bronchiectasis animal model was established by ligating the rat’s bronchus and then injecting ps. Aeruginosa into the bronchial lumen,another one was established by injecting ps,aeru-uginosa directly into bronchial lumen without ligation. The results showed that both models were similar to human brochiectasis in histopathology，volume of bronchial secretion and the amount of ps, aeruginosa in bronchial lavage. It was concluded that both model was available for the study of bronchiectasis.
