摘要： PCR酶免疫法是一种将PCR、分子杂交和微孔板技术结合在一起的新型检测方法，因其具有快速、灵敏、特异和客观读取数据等优点，已成为临床检验中的一个极有用的工具。
Abstract: PCR-EIA is a new detection method based on PCR，hybridization and microwell plat techniques. Due to its advantages of rapidity, specificity，sensitivity and objectivity in results reading, this new method is becoming a useful tool in clinical detection.
