Some Parameters of Hametology and Serum Biochemistry in NZB,NZW and (NZBXNZW)F1 Mice

摘要: 测定了NZB、NZW、杂交F1代小鼠血液学和血清生化值。结果如下:①血液学指标中。血小板计数和白细胞计数在性别和品系间差异极显著(P<0.01),其余指标无显著差异。②血清生化指标中NZB、NZW、杂交F1代小鼠的碱性磷酸酶、丙氨酸转氨酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶在性别、品系间有极显著差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract: Some parameters of hametology and serum biochemistry were detected in NZB、NZW and (NZB×NZW)F1 mice.The results showed that there were significant differences in platelet and white blood count between the sexes of the 3 strains,it was also observed in the activities of AKP、AST and ALT. The results suggested that the characteristics in hametology and serum biochemistry of the 3 strains may be related to their deficiency in autoimmunity.
