Walker256癌肉瘤引发大鼠高血钙模型

An Animal Model of Cancer Related Hypercalcaemia Induced by Walker256 Carcinoma in Rats

摘要: 为建立大鼠肿瘤性高血钙模型,在大鼠右侧胫骨骨膜旁移植4×106个Walker256癌肉瘤细胞,对照组注射等体积生理盐水,14d后从眼眶静脉丛采血测血钙浓度,用乙醚麻醉动物后测骨密度,并取患侧胫骨作病理学切片。结果显示,与对照组比较,受移植组大鼠14d后血钙明显升高、骨密度明显降低,骨结构受到明显侵蚀。这表明,Walker256能导致大鼠发生肿瘤相关性高血钙。

Abstract: SD Rats were injected beside the periost of right tibia with 4×106 Walker256 carcinoma cell lines and 0.2ml normal saline as control. Fourteen days after the injection,blood samples were collected for the examinaton of serum calcium. Bone mineral density(BMD)was detected under anesthetized condition,and the pathological changes of tibia were also observed. Results showed that serum calcium level raised significantly after the injection of the carcinoma cells,while BMD decreased markedly in model rats as compared with control ones. The bone structure was also damaged after the injection. The experiment verified that Walker256 can induced hypercalcaemia in SD rats.
