树鼩卵巢和输卵管显微结构观察

The Histological Structure of Ovary and Oviduct in Tupaia glis

摘要: 作者观察了9只树鼩的卵巢和输卵管的显微结构,结果发现:树鼩卵巢和输卵管除具有哺乳动物(包括人类)的相似结构外,尚有其结构特点,如其卵巢被膜向实质呈切迹状凹陷,原始卵泡数目少、在白膜下几乎均呈单排,透明带厚,初级与次级卵泡形成的闭锁卵泡明显的多,间质腺罕见和髓质内有被覆单层柱状上皮的管道等。实验结果不但为树鼩的繁育研究提供了基础资料,而且为从卵巢等结构方面探讨树鼩分类提供参考资料。

Abstract: Tissue structure of ovary and oviduct in nine Tupaia glis was observed by light and electron - microscopy. The observation demonstrated that the structure examined has their characteristics compared to those of other mammalian as follws : (1) the ovary capsule is in a state of pitting notch to its parenchyma, (2) the amount of primordial follicle is less and almost in signal rank , (3) its Zona pellucida is thicker, (4) atresic follicle formed from primary and secondary follicles are more,(5) interstitial gland are rare,and (6) there are ducts covered with simple columnar epithelium in medulla. The results may be used for classification of Tupaia glis based on the ovary and oviduct sturcture.
