长爪沙鼠、金黄仓鼠和SD大鼠脑底动脉的比较解剖学观察

摘要: 解剖观察并比较了长爪沙鼠、金黄仓鼠和SD大鼠的脑底动脉结构。结果表明:3种实验动物的脑底动脉结构基本相似,其脑动脉均来自颈内动脉系和椎一基底动脉系。其差异在于,长爪沙鼠的小脑上动脉与大脑后动脉之间无后交通动脉相连接,不能构成完整的WilliS氏环,而仓鼠和大鼠的脑底大脑后动脉与小脑上动脉间有左右后交通动脉相连接,构成典型的WilliS氏环。

Abstract: The anatomy of cerebral vasculature of Mongolian gerbils was compared with those of hamsters and Sprague-Dawley rats through vascular casting method. The results verified the unique anatomical characteristics of cerebral vasculature of the mongolian gerbil that is lack of posterior communicating arteries connecting carotid and vertebro-basilar systems, resulting in an incomplete circle of Willis.
