热休克对小鼠心、肝、肾磷酸酶活性的影响

Effects of Heat Shock on Activities of Phosphatases in Heart, Liver and Kidney of KM Mouse

摘要: 以酶组织化学方法研究了不同发育时期小鼠心、肝、肾组织中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性在热休克(44℃,30min)后4、8、12、24、36h的变化。结果表明:①热休克对不同发育时期小鼠的影响有差异,对出生后小鼠的影响较大;②热休克可诱导小鼠心肌细胞表达AKP;且使ACP活性增强;③热休克诱导小鼠肝、肾组织中AKP、ACP活性显著升高。提示:热休克反应中AKP、ACP活性的增强有利于细胞正常生理功能的维持。

Abstract: The activities of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and acid phosphatase (ACP)in the hearts,livers and kidneys of KM mice at different stages of development were measured with enzyme histochemical method at 4,8,12,24 and 36 h after the mice being subjected to heat shock(44℃,30 min). The results showed :① The sensitivities of mice to heat shock at different stages of development were differed. The mice after birth were more sensitive than the fetuses.② Heat shock could induce the expression of AKP in the heart.③ Heat shock induced significant increase in the activities of AKP and ACP in the liver and kidney,and of ACP in the heart. The results suggested that AKP and ACP may play an important role in maintaining the normal physiological function of the cells in the heat shock responses.
