摘要： 采用以人单纯疱疹病毒（HSV-1）为抗原的ELISA法在国内外测得相同猕猴血清样本中的B病毒相关抗体阳性率分别为65%（13/20）和70%（14/20）。相同标本在国外测得B病毒抗体阳性率为85%（17/20）。另有70份经ELISA和酶免疫试验测得B病毒相关抗体为阴性的猕猴血清在国外检出B病毒抗体阳性者有7份。结果表明以HSV-1为抗原不能检出全部B病毒感染动物。
Abstract: The positive rate of B virus relative antibody (antibody to HSV - 1) in rhesus monkey sera was compared with that of B virus antibody by using ELISA. The positive rate of B virus relative antibody was 65%(13/20),while that of B virus antiboty in the same samples detected in Japan was 85%(17/20). In another experiment, B virus antibody was detected in 7 of the 70 serum samples negative in B virus relative antibody detected with ELISA and EIA. The results demonstrate that not all the B virus infectious monkeys can be detected by using HSV - 1 antigen.
