摘要： 采用从自然感染球虫的小鼠粪便中分离的单卵囊接种小鼠获得成功。观察了此种球虫的卵囊形态、孢子化时间、潜隐期和寄生部位等，确定此球虫为费氏艾美尔球虫（E．fer-risi）。同时观察该球虫的卵囊排出规律和致病性等，为进行费氏艾美尔球虫病的流行病学调查和防治提供了依据。
Abstract: A single Eirneria sp, oocyst isolated from mouse feces was inoculated into each mouse orally,and the mice were infected. Through observing the morphology,time for spora-tion, prepatent period, and parasitic sites etc. of the oocysts, they were identified as oocysts of E. ferrisi. The pathogenicity and the regularity of the oocysts shedding were also studied.
