大鼠睾丸肿瘤的早期诊断及其临床意义

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用99^mTCFDX淋巴管显像剂，对雄性F₃₄₄大鼠睾丸进行显像观察与病理分析。F₃₄₄大鼠尾静脉注射0.1ml显像剂，放射强度为18.5MBq，用单光子发射计算机断层仪（SPECT）分别观察不同时相睾丸显像情况。然后手术摘除大鼠睾丸，巨检取材作铁—苏木素染色和HE染色，与显像情况对比分析。结果发现有1例大鼠左侧睾丸呈阳性显像，病理学观察证实此睾丸有肿瘤，肿瘤类型为间质细胞瘤。铁—苏木素染色显示肿瘤细胞及早期增生间质细胞胞浆内有Reinke结晶。结果提示99^mTCFDX具有活体诊断睾丸肿瘤的临床价值，铁—苏木素染色可用于睾丸间质细胞瘤肿瘤前期病变的早期诊断。

Abstract: The image state of the testis of Fischer344 rats were observed by SPECT with 99^m TC-FDX (molecular weight: 48000). Rats were injected at the dose of 0.1ml (18.5MBq) through the tail vein. Testicular tissues for examination were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, embedded in paraffin, and stained with iron - hematoxylin and H. E. The results showed that the testicular tumor of the rats were imaged positively, and pathological findings further confirmed that it belonged to the interstitial cell tumor. The Reinke crystalloids have been observed in the cytoplasm with the iron-hematoxylin. The results suggest that the 99^m TC-FDX and staining with iron-hematoxylin is an ideal method for the early diagnosis of testicular interstitial cell tumor.
