摘要: 复制大鼠肝热缺血模型即使其处于肝全血阻断25min。复流10min后测定其血清中7种生化酶活性,并与无缺血损伤的对照组大鼠比较,发现肝热缺血损伤后,血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激活酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBD)活性均极显著升高(均P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)明显上升(P<0.05),酸性磷酸酶(ACP)无明显变化(P>0.05)。这在一定程度上反应了肝热缺血对机体的损伤。

Abstract: "Hepatic ischemia models have been established in rats. It was found that after hepatic ischemia for 25 minutes and reperfusing for 10 minutes, the activities of alanine transaminase (ALT ),aspartate transaminase ( AST ) , creatine phosphokinase ( CK ),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) a-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase (a-HBD) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the serum of the experimental rats were increased significantly contrasted with those of the controls (P<0.01 or P<0.05). "
