摘要: 采用生物素-链霉亲和素系统(BSA)试剂建立测定MHV抗体的BSA-ELISA法,并与SPA-ELISA法比较。结果表明,前者本底极低,敏感性比后者提高4倍,阳性检出率提高1倍,且经阻断试验证明其特异性高。因此,该法在检测实验动物的特异性抗体方面,具有很大的应用潜力。

Abstract: Biotin carboxyl anti - antibody and enzyme - labled streptoavidin were used in the indirect enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of antibodies to mouse hepatitis viruses (MHV) in mice. The results showed that it,s sensitivity was four times higher than that of the ELISA with enzyme -labled staphylococcal protein A, and it's specificity was also better than the latter.
