一个实验动物饲养区空调系统的改造

摘要: 对1个实验动物饲养区(5间饲养室,共215m2)进行了改建。利用原有空调系统保证新风量,送风口加装中效滤袋,排风口加装初过滤,各室进行净化装修。用风机送入室内的新风及循环风,在夹层内用窗式空调器制冷或制热后,经管道式风口过滤,再进入室内。改建后各饲养室春秋季运行仅增加240W电机功率,节能又经济,整个饲养区能达到清洁级亚屏障系统标准。

Abstract: The Reconstruction program for the ventilation system in laboratory animal rooms was reported. The indoor inlet and outlet were installed with medium - efficacy filter and rough filter respectively. The fresh air was supplied by the original ventilation system. The indoor fresh air mixed with the circulating air was cooled or heated by the window air condition machines,and then pumped through tubular filter into the animal room. The reconstructed animal rooms reached the requirements of clean semi - barrier system with low cost and energy consuming.
