摘要: 从消毒剂的选择、饲育室维持消毒方法、以及饮水等方面探索实验动物微生物学质量控制问题。结果表明,过氧乙酸、晶安强效消毒剂和消毒灵的灭菌作用强,戊二醛、新洁尔灭和百毒杀也有较强灭菌作用。其中,过氧乙酸和戊二醛适用于净化设施启用前的灭菌,消毒灵和新洁尔灭因低毒价廉,适用于维持性消毒。饮用晶安强效水(0.02%)可预防和控制绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的污染,饮用酸化水(pH2.5)也有类似效果。经严格灭菌管理的清洁级亚屏障设施,其维持时间已超过3年。

Abstract: The microbiological quality control on laboratory animals was studied. The results showed that acetic peroxide,Xiao Du Lin,Jin An,glutaraldehyde,Xing Jie -er -mie and Bai Du Sa were effective germicidal agents. Acetic peroxide and glutaraldehyde was suitable for the sterilizing of barrier animal rooms before using, while Xiao Du Lin and Xing Jie - er - mie was suitable for maintaining the aseptic environment of barrier animal rooms. By adding in Jin An the drinking water could prevent and control the infection of P. aeruginosa and S. aureus. The drinking water acidified with HC1 had similar effect.
