用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定贵州小香猪心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、肌肉、卵巢、子宫等9种组织中超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶同工酶。超氧化物歧化酶同工酶在Rf0.22和0、26处分别各有一条共有谱带，而过氧化物酶同工酶在Rf0.39处有一条共有谱带。肝、肺、肾中两种酶活力较高，脑中未测得过氧化物酶。

"Superoxide dismutase and peroxidase isozymes were detected with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis from tissues of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, leg muscle, ovary and uterus in Guizhou miniature piglets. There are two common bands of zymogram on superoxide dismutase and one common band on peroxidase for all the sampled tissuses. The activity of the two isozymes was higher in the liver, spleen, lung and kidney than the others. Peroxidase isozyme was not detectable in the brain. "
