体外震波对犬主要脏器超微结构和血清生化学的影响

摘要: 在大于临床使用的电压及震波次数冲击后,对犬肝、胆、胰、肺、肾等主要脏器组织,进行超微结构观察和血清生化学测试。结果表明:实验犬能够耐受大于临床使用参数震波的冲击,主要脏器组织的超微结构及功能均无变化,说明震波冲击的临床使用有一定的安全性。

Abstract: After using more than clinical operative voltage and impact frequency of shockwave,the ultrastructure of the main internal organs was observed by electron microscope and the serum biochemistry was detected in dogs.The results indicated that no obvious changes were found in ultrastructure, function of the main internal organs and serum biochemistry.
