摘要: 利用Gompertz方程、Logistic方程和Richards方程分别拟合饲喂5个不同日粮蛋白水平的昆明系小鼠所产仔鼠0、3、6、9、12、15、18、21日龄时的平均体重,进行生长曲线分析。结果表明,3个方程能很好地拟合小鼠的生长过程,拟合优度R-2在0.9824以上。综合比较,Gompertz方程更有利于小鼠的生长曲线研究。

Abstract: Three non-linear equations: Gompertz equation、kogistic equation and Richards equation were used to study growth curves of Chinese KM mouse. It was found that all of the three equations can simulate the growth process of KM mouse very well. Comparably speaking,the Gompertz equation is more suitable for studying growth curve than the others.
