Abstract: "We observed image state of the rats and mice with 99 ^mTc-DX that were made by ourself. The usefulness of 99 ^mTc-Dextran with a molecular weight of 48,000，injection size of 0.1 ml(0.2～0.5 mci) .Rat injected site from the tail vein, mice injected site from the skin of hind or front interdigits, the animal observed imaging with SPECT. The results yielded high-quality scintigraphy of the liver, kidney in rat and radionuclide of the mouse. We conclude that 99 ^mTc-DX is a very promising agent for lymphoscintigraphy. Animals as well as pilot studies in man produced high-contrast images of the lymph system. The potential value of this new radiopharmaceutical for diagnosis and follow-up of animal with cancer, cancer lymph metastasis, and animal laboratory studies of targeting therapy on liver cancer. "
