According to the articles of association of the editorial committee of the 2021 edition of " Laboratory Animal and Comparative Medicine ", 30-50 young editorial members are invited to participate in the work of the journal in each edition of the editorial committee. Meanwhile, a centralized evaluation is conducted every two years, and the list of young editors is updated accordingly. After statistical analysis by the editorial department (including effective submissions, recommending high-quality manuscripts, participating in review and editorial activities, and actively assisting the journal in publicity and promotion) and approval by the executive editorial board at the end of October 2023, a total of 8 young editorial board members from 2022 to 2023 were finally selected.
