Detection of Physical and Biological Parameters at Class Ⅱ Biosafety Cabinetry

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the protective effectiveness，two type II biosafety cabinetries made in China were detected. Methods The physical and biological parameters were detected based on related standards. Result The physical parameters of two type II biosafety cabinetries matched national standards, and gasoloid density was exceed 300 CFU/Dish.Conclusion The products made in China is availabl to safeguard experimental material, personnel and environment.
