An Elementary Study on Genetic Diversity of Z:ZCLA Mongolian Gerbil Basing on Microsatellite DNA Marker

Abstract: The polymorphism of 9 microsatellite loci was detected in Z：ZCLA Mongolian gerbil from Zhejiang center of laboratory animal , Zhejiang Academy of Medical Sciences. The results showed that 8 loci were polymorphic and locus 1 had 1 allele, and others had 2.4 alleles. The average of alleles is 2.6.
