Establishment of Monitoring Methods of Biochemical Markers in Meriones Unguiculataus

Abstract: To establish monitoring methods of biochemical markers in Meriones Unguiculataus，the biochemical markers of Meriones Unguiculataus were screened，and its electrophoretic conditions of isoenzymes and proteins were probed according to cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis of proteins and isoenzymes. A total of 28 suitable biochemical markers were screened out as regular genetic monitoring for Meriones Unguiculataus, and appropriate tissue, run time and voltage of electrophoresis were determined. The Monitoring methods of biochemical markers established may be useful for genetic quality analysis of Meriones Unguiculataus.
