Abstract: To study the hemotopoiesis capabitily supported by myeloid matrix cell in the liquid culture medium, the mice myelid kayocyte culture in vitro, after formation of sticking-wall layer of matrix cell in the liquid culture medium, changed culture solution and then replant myeloid karyocyte. Results showed that the cell colony was found on the stickingwall matrix cell. Morphologically, they can be classified into two groups, matrix cell colony and hematopoietic cell colony. The former could be seen occassionally while the latter appeared in great number. The conclusions are that the formation of hematopoietic cell colony require the micro-environment of myeloid matrix cells contact, and has a certain retroaction on the growth and development of matrix cell. The study created a liquid cultivation of hematopoietic cell colony.
