Abstract: This review sum up systematically the development of embryo-biotechnology in including in vitro fertilization, microinjection of sperm, parthenogenesis, spilt and chimera of embryo，freezing of zygote and embryo, ES cell，transgenic and cloned animal in recent 30 years, recent 30 years and its applications and perspectives on lab animal.
