Study on the Lingual Ultrastructure and Pathological Coating Model in Miniature Pig

Abstract

Abstract: The scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope observations revealed that the lingual ultrastructure of miniatue pig is very similar with that of hunam being. According to anatomic and histological results,miniatue pig is completely fit to be selected as an ideal pathological animal model.To explore the method of establishing greasy coating model,different ways were performed and finally the animal model is successfully established by giving a mixture of 50% spirits and edible alkali saturated solution intragastrically every other day.
