Abstract: To further research and prevent vein-bridge stenosis，we established an animal model which is similar to pathological process of transplanted vein-bridge stenosis after coronary artery bypass graft （CABG）.Rabbit’s one side jugular vein was anastomosed side-end with common carotid artery, the artery between two anastomoses was ligated. One month after operation, lumen of vein-bridge stenosis was observed and histology exams showed that new intim was formated. It is proved that the model can truly reflect the conditions of vein-bridge stenosis after CABG.
