Abstract: To establish animal model of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection in BALB/c mice，Hp characterized by PCR & microbial enzymology was administered to BALB/c mice with gastrelcosis and pseudo-gastrelcosis caused by strings containing erosive drugs embedded in mucosa of antrum of greater crivature and puncturing greater crivature with 2# surgical needle，respectively. Samples of gastric mucosa of the mice administered with Hp 17，65，and 72 days were removed and cullurcd in spccial medium for Hp and opalescent colonies of Hp grew，which indicated that the animal model of infecting BALB/c mice was successfully established.
