Abstract: Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a progressive meurodegenerative disease. It is dnown that AD is associated with some neuotransmitters disorder. We examine the monoamine transmitter in neuons of forebrain by HPLC-ECD method. The content of the 5-HIAA in APP amyloid precursor prorein 751 trangenic micc show significant difference compared with that of the control group. The content of the DA and 5-HT in APP695 transgenic mice increased 38.9% and 45.8% respectively compared with control group. It suggested that the DA and 5-HT system may be affected respectively by Aβ
