Abstract: SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with ovabulmin.Two weeks later,the rats were intravenously challenged with ovalbumin,and the airway resistance,the pulmonary compliance were detected by breathe fluent analysis software. The results showed that after challenging with ovalbumin,airway resistance of the rats were significantly increased,and pulmonary compliance was obviously decreased after the challenge.The decrease of the pulmonary compliance was significantly correlated with the increment of the airway resistance.The results suggested that the allergic asthma model was successfully established. It is useful for researches on non-glucocorticoids immunosuppressive for asthma therapy，as well as the mechanisms of glucocorticoids treatment in allergic asthma.
