Abstract: Some parameters of hametology and serum biochemistry were detected in NZB、NZW and （NZB×NZW）F1 mice.The results showed that there were significant differences in platelet and white blood count between the sexes of the 3 strains，it was also observed in the activities of AKP、AST and ALT. The results suggested that the characteristics in hametology and serum biochemistry of the 3 strains may be related to their deficiency in autoimmunity.
