Detection of Microorganisms and Parasites in Field Vole （Microtus fortis）from Different Rigions in China

Abstract

Abstract: A total of 180 field voles（Microtus fortis），142 from area of Dongting Lake,Hunan Province,38 from area of Qingtongxia, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Rigion,were detected for microorganism and parasites infection. All of the field voles were bred in isolators. Pasteurella mul-tiocida ,Bordetella bronchi septica,Staphylococcus aureus,Giardia spp, Spironusleus muris，other intestinal flagellates, mite and flea were found in the animals from Dongting Lake area, and Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcusβ-hemolytio, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Giardia spp, Spironusleus muris, Eimeria spp,other intestinal flagellates ,and flea in the animals from Qing-tongxia area.
