Abstract: Three days after the HBsAg-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) were injected into the HBV transgenic mice，acute liver injury similar to human acute hepatitis was observed in CTL injected mice by histopathological and immunohistochemistry methods. The results indicate that HBsAg - specific CTL plays an important role in the liver injury triggered by host cell immunoresponse.
