Abstract: The models of partial thickness burn wound were prepared with SD rats. The mRNA expressions of 4 growth factors in the exudate cells were analysed quantitatively with RT-PCR method during the wound healing. The results showed that the expressions of TGF-α,TGF -β1 and bFGF were observed at 6h after scald, the expression peaks of TGF-α, TGF-β1 and PDGF were observed 3d after scald, the expression peaks of TGF-β1 and bFGF were observed 10d after scald, and the levels of these peaks were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The results would be helpful for the further in-vestigation of the mechanism of burn wound healing.
