Abstract: The cardiopulmonary bypass models in neonatal piglets were established. Two schemes of protection on immature myocardium were compared in these models with micro-software, MBP-11 multiple channels physiological analytic system. The results showed that the blood cardioplegic solution enriched by amino acids and combined with warm induction/reperfusion were superior to the traditional cold crystal cardioplegic solution.And it is suggested that the cardiopulmonary bypass model in neonatal piglet supported by microcomputer is an effecient means for the research in the protection of immature myocardium.
