Abstract: Monoclonal antibody 9B3(MA9B3) is specific for human fibrin. Its reactions with fibrins of some other kinds of animals were tested. The results indicated that MA9B3 cross-reacted with fibrins of ox, dog, rabbit and rat. The orders of strength are ox, dog, rabbit and rat. The reactions were not interfered by fibrinogen. However ,MA9B3 did not react with chicken fibrin.
