Variations in Serum Enzymes Activity in Rats after Hepatic Ischemia

Abstract: "Hepatic ischemia models have been established in rats. It was found that after hepatic ischemia for 25 minutes and reperfusing for 10 minutes, the activities of alanine transaminase (ALT ),aspartate transaminase ( AST ) , creatine phosphokinase ( CK ),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) a-hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase (a-HBD) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in the serum of the experimental rats were increased significantly contrasted with those of the controls (P<0.01 or P<0.05). "
