Abstract: A serological survey on some important zoonosis infections was carried out among the persons working in a laboratory animal facility ，including epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus (EHFV), Lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV)，Brucella canis and Toxoplasma gondii. The results showed that only the EHFV infection was found in the laboratory animal caretakers. It suggests that the prevention of EHFV infection in laboratory animals remains to be a key task. Only when the environment of laboratory animal facilities is improved and the microbiological quality of animals is controled，can the health of the persons working in laboratory animal facilities be assured.
