Abstract: The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , malonyldialdehyde (MDA),glutathione (GSH) , and glutathione peroxidase (GSH - PX) contents in granulation tissues were observed in resected wounds of rats. The results revealed that the curve of SOD and GSH - PX changes was showed in "V "type, while in GSH was showed in " A "type, and MDA content increased gradually after resection. The contents of SOD and MDA were higher at day 7 than day 3(P<0.05). It was concluded that the changes of SOD,MDA,GSH and GSH-PX contents were present in the process of wound healing.
