Abstract: "Superoxide dismutase and peroxidase isozymes were detected with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis from tissues of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, leg muscle, ovary and uterus in Guizhou miniature piglets. There are two common bands of zymogram on superoxide dismutase and one common band on peroxidase for all the sampled tissuses. The activity of the two isozymes was higher in the liver, spleen, lung and kidney than the others. Peroxidase isozyme was not detectable in the brain. "
