Abstract: The location and activities of the ATPase and G-6-Pase in lymphocytes of the lymph nodes in rhesus monkey were studied using electron enzyme histochemical methods. The results showed the reaction granules of ATPase can be seen clearly on the sites just below the cell membrane. The reaction granules of G-6-Pase can be observed on the surface of endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. The results suggest that ATPase and G-6-Pase in the lymphocytes of the lymph nodes in rhesus monkey can be marked accurately. The location and activity of the enzymes are similar to that in human.
