Weight of Main Organs and Organ Coefficient in WHBE Rabbits

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To measure the organ weight and organ coefficient of WHBE rabbits. Methods The weight of body and main organs of adult WHBE rabbits were measured and calculated their organ coefficient, and compared between male and female in this experiment. Results Between male and female, the thyroid gland weight and coefficient showed significantly differences (P＜0.01)，but no difference was seen in the other organ coefficient (p>0.05). Conclusion The above data could be useful in the biomedical researches.
