Abstract: Objective Based on recombination IFNA6 （Chicken interferon alpha）, anti-viral biologic products were developed, aiming at prevention and treatment of poultry viral disease. Method Chicken interferon alpha（IFN） and thymosin alpha（THY） were recombined and expressed in E.coli and Picha pas tor is. Results There were different IFN biological activity from fusion protein of Chicken interferon and thymosin （IFN-THY） expressing in different vectors and different strains, 0.13 X 10⁴-8.12 X 10⁴IU/ml at 96 hours, and 1.22 X 10⁵-3.27 X 10⁶ IU/ml at 110 hours. Conclusion There were significant THY biological activity from different samples at 48-110 hours.
